 We are a full-service Memphis-based interior design firm specializing in luxury residential, new construction, and commercial projects.  We provide interior architectural design and fixed finishes including bath design, kitchen design and fireplaces.  Soft good packages include furnishings, lighting, window coverings and accessories.

Design Development

Developing together with the client the needs, priorities and individual style for the project design. Concept boards and sketches, floor and furniture plans are produced to convey the project vision. Collaborating with the entire design team is imperative to a successful outcome.

Construction Documents

Specifications are provided for all aspects of the project including room finish, cabinet, tile, appliance, and plumbing schedules. Final furniture and lighting plans are issued. Interior architectural details are drafted and provided as needed. Meetings with specialty subcontractors to analyze, review and approve their shop drawings are conducted.

Project Management

Job site visits are mandatory and we prefer to be on site as often as possible depending upon the construction schedule. Communication with the entire design team including the contractor, architect, specialty consultants and subcontractors is crucial to bringing a project to its fruition. We strive to provide information in a timely and concise manner.

Custom Furnishing & Lighting

Designing custom pieces including furniture, rugs and lighting is always encouraged. Providing this service allows for an outcome unique to each project. Conceptual sketches are drafted and bids are obtained.

Renovation & Remodeling

Innovating creative concepts to an existing space allows the usage of our creative skills to their fullest potential. Realistic outcomes are carefully detailed with smooth transitions to adjacent spaces. The same services for a large project are incorporated into our remodel projects.

TAN CHA LLC is a full-service interior design firm located in the Memphis area. Exceeding our clients expectations and providing innovative, timeless, and functional interiors are our highest priorities. Every project varies and we take an objective and creative approach to each unique situation. Communication with our clients is of the utmost importance.

Our firm utilizes the most current technologies which are incorporated into every aspect of our design, as project requirements allow. We offer the latest technology in 3D drawings. We rely on our computers for many tasks, but also sketch by hand. It is with this level of commitment and detail that sets us apart.
